For beginners who can write basic Python and want to turn messy real-world data into trustworthy findings. You will import and clean data with pandas, explore it with statistics and charts, engineer features that models can use, and write up what you found so others can check it.

Course Content

Section 1: Data Acquisition and Cleaning

Import data from files, databases and APIs, check what actually arrived, and handle missing values, outliers and messy formats with a reason for each decision. 3 lessons, about 35 minutes.

Section 2: Exploration and Visualization

Summarise data with statistics that suit its shape, tell correlation from importance, and draw charts that reveal structure instead of hiding it. 3 lessons, about 35 minutes.

Section 3: Feature Engineering

Scale numbers, encode categories and compress correlated columns with PCA so that models see what the data really says, without leaking the test set. 3 lessons, about 35 minutes.

Section 4: Mini Project

Take one real, messy dataset from raw file to a short, reproducible report with findings someone can act on. 1 lesson, about 10 minutes.
